CICM Issues Press Statement: Will Malaysia Run Out of Treated Water and the Sugar Industry to Shutdown? - June 24, 2021

CICM issued a press statement this afternoon highlighting our concerns on the potential disruption to essential supplies for public consumption i.e. water and sugar due to the non-availability of lime; should approval is not granted by the Government immediately to all lime producers and limestone quarries to continue to operate during this MCO 3 period.
