Southeast Asia Responsible Care Security Code Sustainability Workshop – August 26 – 28, 2019

A total of 10 members from the CICM Security Code Task Force and Responsible Care Technical Committee participated in the workshop organised by CRDF Global with the support of the US Department of State at the JW Marriott Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The workshop was also attended by industry representatives from Indonesia and the Philippines. Progress of the Security Code implementation in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and the US were shared and participants sat down to brainstorm their needs and way forward of the Security Code implementation in the coming year. A follow-up workshop is expected to be held in January 2020 in Kuala Lumpur.
